About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes that align with our production goals. You will work closely with our CNC machine operators to ensure peak efficiency and collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet our production objectives
* Design and create work instructions for manufacturing processes
* Collaborate with our CNC machine operators to optimize machine performance
* Utilize Solidworks to design and develop manufacturing equipment and tools
* Conduct Six Sigma analysis to identify areas for improvement
* Work with suppliers to ensure high-quality material procurement
* Develop and implement quality control procedures to guarantee industry-standard products
* Troubleshoot manufacturing issues with our production team

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
* Strong expertise in Solidworks and working in a machining environment
* Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology
* Experience with gears and gear manufacturing processes
* Familiarity with IATF 16949 and AS 9100 standards
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
