We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care team at Mission Hospital. As a Pulmonary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring pulmonary support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or enrollment in a BSN program with a completion date within 5 years.
- A current RN license in the state of North Carolina, with the option to apply for the Enhanced Nurse License Compact (eNLC).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and a preferred certification in a relevant specialty.
- At least one year of hospital nursing experience, preferably in a progressive care or critical care setting.
