Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Pump Attendant, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our service center. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers at the front counter and at both self-serve and full-service fuel pumps
  • Helping customers with tasks such as refueling vehicles, cleaning windshields, checking fluid levels, and removing snow and ice
  • Providing assistance with tire inflation and inspecting tires for damage
  • Maintaining cleanliness at the facility and fuel pumps to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Supporting service advisors with tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and documenting service requests as needed

Qualifications

  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as directed by management
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or demonstrate mechanical aptitude
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
  • Some experience with tires or a strong desire to learn is required
