Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Per Diem Nights

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Summary:

The ICU Registered Nurse Per Diem Nights will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and report patient status to physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform various medical procedures and interventions as needed
Requirements:
  • Current Arizona RN license or compact state RN license
  • Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire
  • De-escalation Techniques course within 6 months of hire and every 2 years thereafter
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Experience working in ICU or critical care setting
  • Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) or Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification
