• Deliver a consistent and high-quality guest experience, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied.
• Provide expert knowledge of our products, including coffee, food, and beverages, and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational procedures.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
