As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dedicated team that values hard work and strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We offer both full-time and part-time positions on the 2nd shift, with competitive compensation and a generous sign-on bonus ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.

Compensation Package:
• $50 per hour plus shift differential (based on experience, shift, and unit)
• Additional shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts
• Comprehensive benefits including dental insurance, health insurance, and retirement plans

Schedule:
• 2nd shift: 2 PM - 10 PM

In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while overseeing the care delivered by our Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and promoting their independence.
  • Identifying medical and behavioral changes in residents and developing care plans accordingly.
  • Reporting daily to the Director of Health Services on community conditions and resident needs.
  • Administering nursing care in accordance with physician's orders and established standards.
  • Coordinating nursing care with other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive resident support.

To be successful in this position, you must hold a current nursing license valid in Michigan and be willing to respond to any emergencies within the community.
