Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Insurance industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and review clinical data for prior authorization and non-formulary exception requests.
  • Screen requests based on provided guidance and approve or refer as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-5 years of call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating system.
  • Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed.
