Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations of the Mogul machine, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Perform minor troubleshooting and resource allocation for assembly and operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the Production Supervisor, Production Worker Lead/Foreperson, and mechanic on duty to resolve issues and ensure maximum production.
  • Maintain uniformity of product and ensure continuous proper board weight for each candy production run.
  • Respond quickly to minor malfunctions and notify the mechanic on duty of any problems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6+ months of manufacturing experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Physical demands include regular lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting and moving up to 100 pounds, and occasional lifting and moving up to 1000 pounds.
