Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough cleaning of all building areas.
  2. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and waxing.
  3. Manage waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles.
  4. Ensure surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
  5. Perform vacuuming and heavy-duty cleaning tasks.
  6. Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment as needed.
  7. Oversee the upkeep of outdoor areas and parking facilities.
  8. Execute specialized cleaning tasks as directed.
  9. Facilitate daily garbage and recycling removal.
  10. Respond to urgent cleaning requests promptly.

Qualifications:
