Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our MedSurg/Telemetry department on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the MedSurg/Telemetry department
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program
- Valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
- Minimum one year of Registered Nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) card
