About the Position

This is a full-time exempt position requiring 40 hours per week, with occasional late evenings and weekends. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the clinical oversight and supervision of Case Managers and providing clinical services as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Exhibit leadership and team-building skills to promote a patient-accountable culture among the team
  2. Serve as liaison with community providers and case managers to facilitate coordination of clinical services
  3. Provide on-site and on-call support and assistance with crisis management

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Social Work
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the District of Columbia
  • 3-5 years of experience working with marginalized adult women
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision

Benefits and Compensation:

$75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, with annual salary adjustments. Benefits include vacation time, sick leave, and employer-sponsored medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance.
