As a Recruitment and Onboarding Expert, you will be responsible for managing candidate pipelines for field and corporate roles. You will work closely with a team to streamline the talent acquisition process and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their departments and source candidates effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify top talent
  • Design and implement training programs to improve recruitment processes and increase candidate satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years with community outreach, customer service, HR administration or in a similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Calendar management
  • 1-2 years prior Talent Acquisition experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
