Job Summary

The Administrative Analyst is a key role in the Arkansas Department of Human Services, responsible for conducting research studies, analyzing data, and preparing statistics to inform policy decisions. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct special studies and research projects to inform policy decisions
  • Analyze data and prepare statistics to support research findings
  • Develop and implement monitoring and reporting systems to measure project effectiveness
  • Research and analyze data pertinent to work programs and goals
  • Prepare reports explaining findings and recommendations
  • Develop or revise agency policies, procedures, and programs based on research findings
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in public administration, general business, or a related field. Additional requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
