As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, ensuring the availability of clean dishes, and supporting our culinary team in providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Prepare the kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking prep stations and cooks' stations
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including tea machines, mixers, and other appliances
  • Unload and store deliveries, sweep and mop floors, and take out trash
  • Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Must maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities
