MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, team management, and budget control for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project completion within timelines and financial limits. You will also serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
- Lead, supervise, and motivate roofing teams to meet project milestones
- Assign tasks clearly to ensure productivity and resolve any issues that arise during the project
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Monitor expenses and control costs to keep the project within financial limits while tracking invoices, materials, and labor
- Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly
- Maintain positive client relationships and conduct final walkthroughs to ensure satisfaction and project completion
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with industry regulations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites, ensuring OSHA compliance and conducting regular inspections and audits
- Keep detailed records of project progress, changes, and any issues encountered
- Regularly report project status, timelines, and costs to upper management
Work Environment:
The Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with varying lighting conditions, including extremely bright or inadequate lighting, and in temperatures above 90°F or below 32°F, with potential exposure to distracting or uncomfortable noise levels. The position involves handling contaminants, hazardous materials, or equipment, and requires working at heights or in potentially hazardous conditions. The Project Manager must be able to stand for prolonged periods, use ladders, scaffolds, and stairways, and lift, balance, walk, and handle materials up to 50 pounds.
