About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
