We are excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a board-certified family medicine physician at our outpatient facility in Canton, New York. This is a 100% employed position with a competitive compensation package.
About the OpportunityThe ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services. As a family medicine physician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, from newborns to geriatric patients.
Our facility offers a relaxed and supportive work environment, allowing you to focus on delivering top-notch care to your patients. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we strive to stay ahead of the curve in medical technology and best practices.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary range of $300,000-$325,000 per year, making this an attractive opportunity for physicians looking to advance their careers. Our benefits package includes:
- Base salary: $300,000-$325,000 per year
- No-call benefit: Five 8-hour shifts within posted facility hours
- Vacation time: Up to four weeks of paid time off
- Personal days: Four personal days per year
- Sick time: Two weeks of paid sick leave
- Holidays: Nine paid holidays per year
In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we also offer a generous CE allowance of up to $5,000 annually, reimbursement for licensing and certification fees, and a sign-on bonus.
