Job Title: Lot Attendant/Porter

At Colonial Chevrolet of Acton, we strive to create a positive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and customer loyalty. As a Lot Attendant/Porter, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and performance of our inventory, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle inventory, including interior and exterior cleaning, fluid replenishment, and battery replacement as needed.
  • Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes.
  • Keep our lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and adhering to dealership display standards.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as required.
  • Manage key tags and inventory of vehicles, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations, providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including some weekends.
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, and outgoing personality with a willingness to improve.
  • Professional attitude and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
