We invite highly motivated Child Health Advocates to join our team at Children's Hospital Of The Kings Daughter. As a key member of our pediatric care team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for patients' rights, dignity, and self-determination within the healthcare system.
  • Partner with families, communities, and organizations to develop and implement programs that support healthy child development.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending evidence-based solutions.
  • Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices, policies, and research in pediatric health promotion.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to leverage resources, expertise, and knowledge that enhance child health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or Compact State license.
  • 3+ years of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a leadership or advocacy role.

Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $105,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
