About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Dental Office Manager to join our team at Affordable Dentures & Implants. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective management of daily operations, including front and back office tasks, to meet business goals.
  • Lead and motivate the dental team to achieve exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, and treatment planning coordination to achieve revenue goals.
Requirements
  • 5 years of management experience in a dental office or related field.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
