Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging classroom plans, goals, and activities that cater to children's interests and needs.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to essential procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
  • A CDA or higher level of education.
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $19.55 per hour. Actual compensation offers will depend on various factors, including experience, education, and training.
