Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site evaluations and foster client loyalty
Support branches during new openings
Ensure adherence to local and national account standards; review compliance reports
Develop and implement action plans to enhance service quality and manage resources effectively
Create an incremental sales strategy at the account level with local management; monitor performance and boost profitability
Coordinate initiatives to enhance customer retention and client satisfaction at the point of service
Identify retail pricing opportunities and promote repeat business (Best Practices), while introducing new offerings to drive revenue
Ensure compliance with merchandising standards
Evaluate performance by location through audit assessments (Quarterly District Evaluations)

When necessary, perform the duties of the Route Driver role, which includes operating a company vehicle along a designated route to deliver products, provide services, and maintain vending and related equipment.


Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
3 years of driving experience required.
Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and a clean driving record.
Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role, or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience in route management, retail, and merchandising is preferred
Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
Food and beverage experience
Excellent communication skills are essential
Must be able to travel to client locations
Must be dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and customers
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
