Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support staff in implementing behavior interventions for students with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Behavior Goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and be able to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Social Communication Intervention Assessments (SCIA) as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support staff in implementing behavior interventions for students with BIPs and Behavior Goals.
  • Conduct FBA and SCIA as needed.
  • Monitor and report progress on BIPs, Behavior Goals, and Independence Plans.
  • Provide support and management for crisis behavior events at school sites.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred.
