Job Summary

Allegiance Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Workroom Manager to oversee the efficient production flow of our drapery workroom in Greensboro, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the workroom production process to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of drapery products.
  • Maintain a well-organized and clean work environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Lead and train a team of seamstresses to meet daily quotas and maintain quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules for equipment and supplies.
  • Communicate job statuses and progress to the Project Director.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workroom management and drapery production.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Computer literate and proficient in drapery software.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in workroom management and drapery production.
  • Proven track record of meeting production deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
