Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room, you will deliver critical nursing care to patients experiencing a range of medical situations, from minor injuries to severe health crises in a Level II Trauma Center.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct triage, assessment, and treatment for patients of all ages.
- Manage multiple cases concurrently while providing essential nursing care and prioritizing patient needs.
- Recognize life-threatening arrhythmias and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions effectively using computerized systems.
- Respond to changes in patient conditions and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of NH or a valid compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- ACLS and PALS certifications to be obtained within six months of hire.
- TNCC certification to be completed within two years of hire.
