Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Partners throughout the candidate selection and hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to prioritize effectively, maintain strict confidentiality, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and arranging candidate/new hire travel.
  • Create and edit job requisitions/postings to ensure accurate and complete communication with candidates.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and special projects.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and hiring events as needed.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma and 0-2 years or more of relevant Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience.
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, precise, and highly organized.
  • Solid customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience scheduling and tracking large volumes of candidates for interviews.
  • Experience creating and editing job requisitions.
  • Experience generating and interpreting candidate and requisition reports.
  • Prior experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems.
