We are seeking a Clinical ABA Therapist to join our team at Golden Steps ABA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

This Clinical ABA Therapist position involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and supervision to RBTs. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with treatment team members and families, as well as participating in collaborative efforts with other service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial intakes and recurring assessments.
  • Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to BACB standards.
  • Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Golden Steps ABA.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within one month.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification if applicable.
  • The ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities requiring fine and gross motor skills.
