The Cisco Enterprise Agreement Account Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship with our Cisco EA customers throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge of Cisco products and services, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Onboard new Cisco EA customers and create personalized customer success plans to drive adoption and expansion.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in regards to EA customers' Cisco Smart Accounts, EA Workspace, Control Hub, Meraki Dashboard, and more.
- Conduct regular customer success reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- A completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of technical, business, and/or sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience with selling Cisco products, Smart Accounts, or services with a proven track record.
The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, which includes a base salary and bonuses. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
