Senior Lawyer

We are seeking an exceptional senior lawyer to join our team as a Personal Injury Specialist. As a key member of our litigation team, you will handle all aspects of litigating personal injury cases from initial filing through trial/arbitration or settlement.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Representing clients in court and arguing motions during legal proceedings
• Providing expert advice to clients on available options and planning a course of action
• Preparing various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Conducting thorough research and preparing motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Determining case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and at least 2 years of experience representing clients
• An active membership in the local bar association
• Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products
• The ability to handle a heavy caseload with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• 2-5 years of experience representing clients in arbitrations and trials
• WSBA Membership
