The University of Georgia's Marine Institute is seeking a highly skilled Academic Professional Associate to support research and education in coastal ecosystems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned field destination and contribute to the advancement of our understanding of these critical ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
As an Academic Professional Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with research projects, developing educational programs, and providing administrative support to the Marine Institute team. You will work closely with faculty and staff to design and implement research studies, collect and analyze data, and disseminate findings through publications and presentations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in a relevant field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be familiar with research methods and statistical analysis software.
