Job Title: Cake Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes and pastries for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Decorate cakes and other bakery products using various techniques and designs.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bakery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends and techniques in cake decorating and pastry arts.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in cake decorating or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
