  • Partnerships and Collaboration
    • Develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials, facilitating professional development workshops for stakeholders.
    • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Curriculum Development and Training
    • Create training materials that reflect adult learning principles, ensuring engaging and effective workshops.
    • Deliver high-quality training sessions, imparting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Coaching and Technical Assistance
    • Provide technical assistance to professionals implementing family engagement initiatives, ensuring successful program implementation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's or equivalent experience in education, social work, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least two years in family engagement preferred.
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables.
  • Proficient in training and coaching, with a commitment to culturally responsive education.
  • Ability to travel and work occasional evenings and Saturdays, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
