About the Role

This Desktop Support Executive position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced IT environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate hardware warranty repairs and perform inventory management activities.
  • Escalate technical issues to 3rd party vendors when necessary.
  • Maintain and contribute to a knowledge base for technical documentation.
  • Responsible for asset tagging, inventory updates in CMDB, and preventive maintenance checks on handheld scanners.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of printer coordination services and AS400 knowledge for production printers.
  • Ability to provide touch support and smart hands support for verification or testing.
  • Familiarity with PRTG tool for network device monitoring.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
