Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled PDR Technician to join our team in Charleston, SC. As a PDR Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, using our proprietary process to repair dents and damage. You'll work independently, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair dents and damage using our proprietary process
• Work with customers to review and approve your work
• Write work orders and negotiate with customers to gain approval and build business
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, and squat, as well as lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Compensation

The starting compensation for this position is expected to be $60,000-$70,000 annually, with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings based on performance.
