We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Officer to join our team at the Department of the Air Force. As a Medical Officer, you will play a critical role in providing medical care and support to our personnel and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care management to patients, including medical examination, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve healthcare outcomes and develop new medical protocols.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the United States.
- At least 1 year of supervised experience in a clinical setting, such as an internship or residency program.
- Knowledge of medical principles, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex medical information to patients and colleagues.
- Experience in a military or government healthcare setting.
- Board certification in a medical specialty.
- Knowledge of healthcare management principles and practices.
