We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at McMenamins. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

• Efficiently clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment as needed.
• Put away clean dishes and utensils in designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with waste disposal, including taking out the garbage and recycling materials.
• Perform other cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned by management.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a current food handlers card.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods, frequent walking, and lifting heavy objects. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
