Job Summary:

MOR PPM, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a full-time position in Bennettsville, SC. The successful candidate will perform daily PMs, assist with capital projects, run conduit, troubleshoot, and terminate electrical systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine electrical maintenance work mill-wide
• Read and understand wiring schematics
• Troubleshoot faulted circuits and equipment
• Run conduit of all types and sizes
• Terminate motors, panels, and other electrical equipment
• Follow daily instructions and work orders assigned

Experience:

At least three years of experience as an industrial maintenance electrician, or a combination of technical training and experience will be considered.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Electrical license and/or NCCER training are a plus
• Ability to operate all sizes of man lifts (will be certified on site)
• CPR and ARC flash certification will be provided
• Interpersonal skills, including oral, verbal, and written communication and reasoning

Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:

• Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign
• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must possess enough strength and stamina to perform technical duties and essential functions
• Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
• Must have full range of motion consistent with age
• Must be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders
• Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms, and other job-related noises
• Visual acuity, depth perception, and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
• Safety/Steel toe shoes are required. Fire-resistant shoes may be required.
