Job Title: Class A CDL Truck Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team at Midland Farms Inc. As a Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering products to customers and store locations in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

* Transport and deliver products to customers and store locations in a safe and timely manner
* Complete daily inventory, orders, delivery invoices, and proof of delivery as required
* Transact proper documentation in computerized hand-held device or paper
* Collect empty containers, rejected, or unsold merchandise for return
* Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints
* Verify shipment accuracy and assure saleable condition of product
* Safely unload and deliver products at each account
* Resolve discrepancies and communicate major issues to Supervisor
* Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area
* Learn and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures
* Follow all sanitation and quality policies and procedures and report any deficiencies
* Perform Motor Vehicle Inspections on truck to conform to DOT regulations and company policy
* Maintain vehicle and hours of service logs as required by DOT

Requirements:

* Valid CDL Class A driver's license and valid Medical Card
* Safe driving record
* 2-years of tractor-trailer experience
* Must be able to pass all medical exams, drug and background checks (including criminal)
* Must be able to drive, sit, operate/inspect vehicle, stand, walk, kneel, lift and bend required for the entire shift
* Tanker endorsement preferred; no hazmat endorsement needed
* Doubles preferred
* High School Diploma or GED preferred

Salary:

$1400 - $2000 per week

Benefits:

* $2000 Sign on Bonus
