We are seeking candidates with a combination of the following qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience as an IT Systems Analyst
  • Proficiency in understanding system capabilities and business workflows
  • Ability to facilitate discovery sessions across various departments
  • Experience in creating and updating system and process documentation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous; experience with AWS and in the healthcare sector is also a plus (these are desirable but not mandatory)

While we prefer candidates from the local area, we are open to considering applicants from outside the region who are willing to travel to the office as needed.
