Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager acts as the main point of contact for Crossover's self-insured clients. This position is tasked with formulating strategies and a service roadmap aimed at fostering growth with designated clients, in collaboration with Crossover's Account Principal, Practice Lead, and Physician Lead. These three roles function collectively as a Triad to ensure clinic leadership is aligned with Crossover's objectives of achieving the 'quadruple aim': 1) reduced costs, 2) enhanced quality, 3) improved engagement, and 4) strong employee/provider relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulates the annual clinic budget and objectives, collaborating with the Triad to ensure alignment with client goals and contractual metrics.
  • Creates financial reports and client budgets, partnering with Finance, the Dyad, and clinical operations as necessary. Oversees unbilled expenses and performance guarantees, seeking client approval for additional expenditures or investments.
  • Facilitates a seamless transition from sales during the onboarding of new clients.
  • Develops and presents a two-year service and revenue growth strategy for the client.
  • Identifies opportunities for service and revenue expansion (both horizontally and vertically) in partnership with the client. Implements effective program management, coordinating with stakeholders to meet contractual milestones.
  • Designs, develops, measures, and reports on practice plan objectives, employing a structured problem-solving methodology.
  • Establishes strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers, assessing account strengths and areas for development, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Drives renewal strategies for existing clients and supports client negotiations.
  • Collaborates with clients to address contract inquiries, including billing and payment concerns.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or sales
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing client relationships
  • A proven track record of retaining and increasing client revenue for at least 4 years
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare sector
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to act as a trusted advisor to clients and an influential leader to team members
  • Proficient computer skills, with familiarity in Apple and Google technologies or client systems such as Microsoft or HP
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to respond to changing priorities
  • Energetic, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team
  • Embraces innovative approaches to healthcare delivery
Physical Job Requirements
  • Travel to client locations and management meetings may be required, approximately 15-25%
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Requires corrected vision, hearing, and speech within normal ranges
