Job Summary
This full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced FNP or PA looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventative care and education. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and personalized care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and preferences
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care coordination
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in family medicine, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Experience working in a primary care setting, preferably in a multi-provider practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
- EMR experience, preferably with Epic
