Job Title: LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time contingent position, starting at 30 hours per week up to a possible 40 hours, and may require floating to other nearby locations and working alternating weekends. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in providing holistic, evidenced-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including phlebotomy and specimen collection services, immunizations and injections, and point-of-care testing.
  • Assess patients during intake and take vital signs.
  • Perform diagnostic tests, such as EKG and retinopathy screening.
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
  • Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record.
  • Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform point-of-care testing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
  • Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
