Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a dry van trailer on a regional route, with opportunities for home time and a competitive pay package.
  • Meet and exceed safety standards, with a focus on preventing accidents and maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay package, including mileage pay and accessorial pay for breakdowns, detention, and layovers.
  • 7 paid holidays per year, with an additional $150 per day paid the same as office staff.
  • Excellent accessorial pay, including $150 breakdown pay, $20 per hour detention pay, and up to $150 per day layover pay.
  • Bonus paid for clean DOT inspections.
  • Additional monthly incentives on top of base pay.

Home Time

  • Multiple home time options, including 5.5 days out, 10 days out, and 14 days out, with corresponding restart periods.
  • No NY or West Coast driving.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid CDL-A.
  • At least 6 months over-the-road experience.
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the most recent 3-year driving period.
  • Ability to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirements.
