We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to lead our luxury residential design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating breathtaking spaces that epitomize elegance and sophistication.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement design concepts for luxury custom residential homes, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Collaborate with interior designers and other team members to create cohesive and awe-inspiring spaces that exceed client expectations.
- Translate clients' visions into stunning architectural plans and drawings, utilizing 3D modeling and other tools to present designs effectively.
- Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws, maintaining a strong understanding of industry standards.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and construction progress, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience in luxury residential design and commercial designs, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Licensed Architect.
