About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a Float ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current FL RN License
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
