Salary:
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually, reflecting the importance of attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
Job Description:
As a Project Architect, you will be predominantly responsible for architectural CAD production and document coordination. You will work on a variety of projects from design through construction administration, generating and managing the development of architectural design and project drawings.
You will interface and coordinate architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts, functioning as a designer to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Full-time intern on path to licensure with 5 - 7 years of architectural design experience
- Ability to independently define detail architectural concepts and perform limited code review and program analysis
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
