About the Role: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and licensed Education Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Bancroft, CA. This role is essential for supporting students with diverse learning needs and providing tailored instruction to help them succeed in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Create and implement personalized education plans for students with special needs, ensuring their unique requirements are met.
- Provide Specialized Instruction and Support: Offer tailored instruction and support to students with various learning disabilities and challenges, promoting their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with General Education Teachers: Work closely with general education teachers to facilitate the inclusion of students in mainstream classrooms, promoting a seamless learning experience.
- Assess and Track Student Progress: Regularly assess and track student progress, making adjustments to instructional strategies as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching License: Possess a valid Special Education teaching license in California.
- Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Prior experience working with students with special needs is highly desirable.
- Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to address the diverse needs of students.
