About the Role: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and licensed Education Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Bancroft, CA. This role is essential for supporting students with diverse learning needs and providing tailored instruction to help them succeed in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Create and implement personalized education plans for students with special needs, ensuring their unique requirements are met.
  • Provide Specialized Instruction and Support: Offer tailored instruction and support to students with various learning disabilities and challenges, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with General Education Teachers: Work closely with general education teachers to facilitate the inclusion of students in mainstream classrooms, promoting a seamless learning experience.

Qualifications:

  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to address the diverse needs of students.
