Senior Microbiologist

At IT MINDS L.L.C., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and quality assurance, with experience in conducting root cause investigations in the pharmaceutical/medical products industry.

• Lead investigations into microbial excursions, including determining scope, product impact, root cause, and corrective actions.
• Assemble cross-functional teams to complete investigations and lead process improvement CAPA projects.
• Present and defend investigations during regulatory inspections.
• Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent future excursions.
• Collaborate with quality operations and laboratory teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in science in Microbiology or a related field, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in conducting root cause investigations in the pharmaceutical/medical products industry. Strong technical writing skills and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
