Job Summary:

About the Role:
This Psychiatric Nurse position offers 24 hours of work per week, with an 8-hour evening shift. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. As a member of the Mass General Brigham team, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive organization that values teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced psychiatric setting
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by participating in ongoing education and training
Requirements:
- Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- 2+ years Med/Surg experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- ACLS preferred
