We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nursing Assistant to join our team at Therapy Solutions. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine checks on residents to ensure their personal care needs are being met.
  • Review care plans daily to identify any changes or updates.
  • Communicate effectively with the Nurse Supervisor and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as preparing for activities and social programs, and transporting them to appointments.
  • Maintain a calm and cheerful environment, promoting a sense of warmth and patience.
  • Ensure resident rooms are ready for receiving and make residents comfortable.
  • Participate in facility surveys and maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completed Nursing Assistant class and certification in progress.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively communicate with team members.
